Sven brings 10+ years of experience in real estate developments and finance to Fünf Ventures as a principal. He has been successfully leading a variety of real estate investments ranging from residential, office, and hospitality to a multi-location coworking space. Sven focuses on Fünf Ventures finances, operations, and project execution.
Sven grew up in Germany and moved to the US at the age of 19. He has graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a B.A. in International Business as well as Master of Business Administration. Sven and his wife Sara reside in Los Angeles county.
Wolfgang Buehler
Managing Partner
Wolfgang has been a venture capital and real estate private equity investor for over 20 years and is the head of his family office. He has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of real estate and currently owns a large real estate portfolio himself, including industrial buildings, residential properties, office buildings, and hospitality developments.
Wolfgang grew up in Germany and has lived in the US since 1984. He has founded, acquired, and successfully exited a number of ventures in various industries. Wolfgang and his wife Marion as well as their three children reside in Los Angeles county.
